On 5/26/2018, I opened a claim for our washer which was starting to fail. They sent a repair guy to confirm the issue a few days later and collect the $100 deductible. A week after that, HWA informed me that I could either opt for a cash payout or order a replacement washer. I opted for the replacement washer. It is now 6/11/2018, and we are still waiting for our replacement washer. I called HWA's claims department and was informed that the manufacturer of our washer GE would be contacting us for a delivery date by 6/21/2018. Really?We have to wait an entire month to have our washer replaced?Crappy, slow service. Lowe's is right across the street. I could have bought a new washer THAT DAY. But it's too late. Now we're stuck waiting for this process to be completed.
